We're so used to having an exciting and eventful week of unlimited hydroplane racing in the Tri-Cities, it seems 'strange' when other areas in the Northwest struggle with staging a similar event. But that's the case on Lake Coeur' D' Alene, where for the second year in a row, a large unlimited racing event slated for July  has been cancelled.
