It might not seem like it's been a cold October but last month, Kennewick, Yakima, and Pendleton broke previous records of coldest temperature readings on record.
The experts from the Northwest Weather Service are chiming in the possibility of flooding in the Tri-Cities and it looks like we are good to go for zero-flooding even with the huge amounts of snow we've received the last few months.
With a 90% chance of rain in the forecast Tuesday the National Weather Service says there is a pretty good chance this precipitation could be in the form of Freezing Rain....
