Score one for the Good Guys.  The TEA Party chapter in Richmond Virginia is preparing to send a bill for $8,000 to Mayor Dwight Jones because Occupy Richmond has not had to pay any of the fees, permits and other costs incurred when the TEA Party held a rally in the same venue in 2009.

TEA Party Colleen Owens told CBS Richmond that when the TEA Party held their rally in Kanawha Plaza, they had to adhere to strict city guidelines, including ponying up funds for porta-potties, security, and even posting a 1 million dollar insurance bond  prior to staging their event!   The Occupy Richmond Movement has been onsite for three weeks now, including overnight stays by numerous individuals.  City officials, when contacted by a TEA Party member, said Occupy Richmond did NOT have any requirements, fees, or other stipulations for staging their protest.  Not surprisingly, City officials, and those from Mayor Jones office, have not responded to emails or phone calls from CBS Richmond.  The TEA Party hopes to have an invoice ready for city officials soon; asking for reimbursement of the costs incurred for their rally.  Jones is being accused of being too lenient with the Occupy Movement, he was scheduled to meet with them Friday.
