Would you want your family, friends, or even a child wearing this shirt? Regardless of their favorite team?

In the wake of the Seahawks Super Bowl championship, a myriad of t-shirts are exploding on the internet and social media, saluting the Hawks first NFL title.

Most of them are in good taste, especially the officially licensed NFL items.  But we came across this item on Facebook the last few days.   Produced by a company labeled as Seattle Shirts,  it's  a white shirt with the following text:

"World Champs Bi**h" then Seattle Washington below.  It also has an outline of a hawk above the lettering.  There have been numerous postings of it seen on Facebook, with a variety of likes and shares.  The most recent appearance was a tagging on a Seattle fan's page,  that sharing showed 92 likes and 26 shares. It's apparently not an official NFL Licensed piece of clothing.

Clicking on the link leads you to the order page.  The site says Omaha Apparel but a Google search failed to turn up any specific website for a shirt company by that name offering that specific shirt.   A Google search for Seattle Shirts turned up an entirely different company based in Seattle.   The order site says it only ships to the U.S. from Twisp, WA, a small town on the West side. The order page says it accepts Etsy gift cards.

To be fair, we did some other searching and found, of course, this isn't the first time this idea has been done.   We found evidence of some controversial Boston Red Sox shirts that were made up for one of their World Series titles that read "Gatorade Me, Bi**h."

Some are going to slam this story as just being the grumblings of a non-Seattle fan.  We get it.  We figure we will hear about it.  But our point is, REGARDLESS of what team or who it's for,  (as we said earlier) would YOU wear this?  Would you let your child?
