22 Year Old Kennewick Woman Dies After Roll-over Crash on Hwy-395
A young woman from Kennewick died and another from Pasco is in the hospital after a one car roll-over accident on HWY-395 early Friday morning around 3:40 am.
22 year old Kelilla R. Hughes died at the scene after loosing control of her Chrysler PT Cruiser, rolling, crossing the median, and then landing on the passenger side, according to troopers.
Her passenger, 27 year old Keisha Rivera, survived and is being treated at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
Investigators have not been able to find out why Hughes lost control or if drugs or alcohol had any part of the accident.
Neither woman was wearing their seat-belt. The cause is still under investigation.
