Apparently a man was enjoying Keewaydin Park a little too much.

Kennewick police arrested Gregory P. Schwartz early Thursday morning after he was discovered inside a public bathroom partially undressed.

Officer James Canada was alerted by a Kennewick city park employee around 8:20 a.m. after seeing Schwartz enter the bathroom. The worker told Canada the man had been caught naked in the bathroom Tuesday, peeking out the door, watching people who walked through the area.

After investigating, it was found Schwartz had been going to the park before and after school and doing his "naked observing."

Schwartz was arrested for indecent exposure and banned from all Kennewick city parks.
