And the First Baby of 2020 Is…

It's a new year and the first baby born in 2020 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center didn't take long to make her presence known. 

A press release from Kadlec announced the bundle of joy and congratulations to the proud parents and family:

It didn't take long to welcome in the first baby of 2020 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. A Connell family dodged tumbleweeds on their way to Kadlec late last night and welcomed into the world a baby girl at 3:57 am. Carmelita Erlin Castrejon weighed in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces,    and was delivered by Dr. Richard Lorenzo and the expert Kadlec labor and delivery team!

Proud parents are Carmen Quezada-Lopez and Erlindo Castrejon.

The first baby's family will receive a $50 gift card to the Kadlec Gift Shop and specially made blankets. It was a busy morning at Kadlec, as four babies were born by 9 am.
