(Another) Stolen Car Found Burned to The Metal in Franklin County
Authorities will continue the investigation, but a sad finish for another owner of a stolen vehicle.
Franklin County Deputies located what's left of this car, it was previously reported taken in Kennewick. The burned out hulk was discovered near Ringold and Glenwood, north and west of Pasco. It was found Sunday morning, no word on how long it had been there before being reported.
Unless someone happens to see the fire, most of these stolen cars are found already burned out in rural areas. Authorities say when thieves are done taking parts, or even just joyriding, they torch them to destroy evidence.
