Arlene's Flower Shop is back in the news as the ruling against the business a few years back has been overturned.

The business was the one that national headlines when it's owner refused to do an arrangement for a gay couple's wedding saying it was against her religion, and it violated her 1st Amendment rights.

The Washington Supreme Court ruled that she couldn't discriminate against the gay couple when she refused to make a flower arrangement for their wedding.

...but now that ruling is being overturned and an appeal has been filed by the Flower Shop owners attorneys.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the Washington Supreme Court to revisit the ruling based on the recent case in Colorado where the business owner won the case based on religious beliefs.
