Booze Sprinter Sought by Police in Kennewick

Kennewick police are seeking tips to ID this guy.

Yesterday, he grabbed two bottles of alcohol (might be some sort of flavored Vodka, judging from the appearance) and sprinted out of a store. Police didn't say which location, but a nearby surveillance camera captured this picture of him sprinting down the block.
