Busted Tail Light Leads to Arrest of Man Violating Restraining Order
Authorities didn't specify, but this sounds like it could have been one of those 'persuading' the driver against their will situations.
Late Monday night, Kennewick police pulled a car over for a broken tail light. But after running the plates and checking the licenses of the two occupants, they discovered the woman driver was a 'protected' person, who happened to have a no contact restraining order against her passenger!
25-year-old Tyrome Ingram was arrested for violating the no-contact order. No word on if he was in the woman's car with her permission.
