Canal Crash Sinks SUV Door Deep in Mud

Benton County Deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon, and found this SUV up past the floorboards in water and mud.

The crash occurred shortly after 3pm near the intersection of Griffin Road and Old Inland Empire Highway, a few miles west of Prosser. Deputies say the driver overcorrected (didn't say why) and plowed into the canal.

No injuries, no mention of any citations. But safe to say their vehicle is going to need a ton of detail work.
