Car Prowler Frustrated by Locked Vehicle [VIDEO]

Something as simple as locking your vehicle can often keep items from being stolen. Kennewick police are looking for this perp, who was seen lurking around vehicles early Tuesday morning.

Around 3:45am this suspect was trying to access several vehicles near West 30th and Ranier Streets. Police in the last couple of weeks they've had 19 reports of prowls or break ins from this general area.  This person was wearing distinct clothing. Not to smart if you're trying to blend in.
