Car Thief Tries Brawling With Cop, She Loses Big Time

Kennewick police had their hands full with an "uncooperative" car theft suspect Wednesday early evening.

Police contacted 32-year-old Heather Garrison over allegations she took a vehicle without permission. No location was given of where the incident took place, but when police began to question her and investigate, she became combative and tried to fight the officers.

She was taken into custody and is facing a variety of charges including the taking of the SUV, and it's believed she was involved in a collision with another vehicle with that rig. She's also facing assaulting an officer charges as well.
