During the month of October, you can stop by any area Sunmart in the Mid-Columbia and purchase a Chest Of Hope Ribbon to fight breast cancer.

Nearly four years ago, three area women decided there weren't just enough resources for women who were fighting breast cancer, and they  created the Chest Of Hope.  Their first year, 2008, they raised $7,500. Since then, with help from Kadlec Regional Medical Center, the Chest Of Hope has become a significant force in helping women fight this illness, as well as calling attention to the need for women's health awareness all over the Mid Columbia.   During October, get your ribbons at Sun Mart, and support The Chest Of  Hope with Newstalk 870
