Crash Ruptures Natural Gas Line in Kennewick on Gage, N Center Parkway

For at least a while, Kennewick Police say to avoid the area.

Crash ruptures gas line on Gage, North Center Parkway 

Shortly before 1 PM Friday, 5-27, this vehicle pictured was involved in a crash that apparently broke a gas line in Kennewick.

The crash was near the roundabout at Gage Boulevard and North Center Parkway,  Kennewick Police say Cascade Natural Gas crews are in the area, shutting off a ruptured line.

Kennewick Fire units are also on scene. No word as to how this one-vehicle crash occurred. We will update you when the area is cleared.
