Richland Police and Benton County Deputies did not release a ton of information, but apparently late Sunday night, an 18-year-old woman and her mom were not getting along very well.

Richland PD and Benton County Deputies got word from Pasco Police that a woman had called 911 to report her daughter was refusing to return her 'borrowed' car.

According to Deputies, the Pasco Police had enough information to decide this required intervention, and the driver likely to face charges.

Washington State Patrol, Richland Police and BCSO Deputies executed what they called a "high risk" stop on I-182 entering Richland.

The car has been returned to it's legally registered owner, and the woman driver was taken into custody without incident.
