Apparently, Lamm lost control of the car, it went across the yard and slammed into the home, slammed into the living room area.

A 62-year-old woman in the living room was injured and was taken to an area hospital but her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

   Driver facing multiple counts

Lamm is facing multiple counts in relation to the incident. According to Kennewick Police:

"...DUI, Operating a Vehicle without a valid license, and three counts of Reckless Endangerment-DV."

The charges have been elevated because of the children in the car with him at that time. Fortunately, they were not hurt.
