Given the charges she was later arrested for, guess a car on it's side would considered "stuck."

Sunday night, on Kennedy Road, a passerby was contacted by a 21-year-old woman, who asked the man to help "get her vehicle unstuck", then she walked away.

Further up the road, the man found the car on it's side in the ditch, but no sign of the driver. The man called authorities, and a short time later Benton County Deputies located the woman, whose name was not given, and she was arrested for DUI. She's also facing charges of driving on a suspended license, no interlock device in her vehicle, failing to stop and identify, and illegal possession of a firearm.

The investigation continues. Officials did not say how the vehicle ended up on it's side. The woman was not hurt in the accident.
