In the early morning hours Tuesday, a 17-year-old driver wrecked their car, but that wasn't the worst part.

Kennewick police responded to 4th and Morain, where the red car pictured had slammed into another vehicle. Police say the 17-year-old female driver failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn, and collided with another vehicle.

No mention of injuries in the accident, but police said besides failure to yield, the 17-year-old was cited for no valid operator license.  It probably figures she lacked proper proof of insurance as well. Yikes!
