Feds Want NATIONWIDE Cell Phone Driving Ban
The National Transportation Safety Board has recommended a full nationwide FEDERAL ban on using cell phones while driving.
Until now, it has been left up to the states to determine legality of using a cellphone to talk or text while driving. The NTSB has recommended that all drivers be banned from using such phones. This would include truckers, bus drivers-anyone behind the wheel of a motorized vehicle. It would NOT include hands free devices such as Bluetooth. This is by far the most stringent restriction called for the the NTSB. What are YOUR thoughts?
