The 43-year-old former Kennewick teacher and coach could possibly be facing more criminal charges after investigators discovered a large amount of new information related to the accusations she was communicating with minors for immoral purposes.

Toni Ann Reiboldt was charged in June after evidence surfaced that she had sent explicit photos of herself and videos to at least four male students who attend Horse Heaven Hills Middle School.

She reportedly used the social media tool Snapchat. She is facing three counts of felony communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. Reiboldt had been at Horse Heaven since 2003, with the district since 1997 in a variety of roles.

Now, due to a large amount of new evidence uncovered by investigators, Benton County Prosecutors are strongly considering additional charges. According to the evidence:

*Reiboldt allegedly tried to meet up with one teen who had been communicating with her in 2015. She then also set up a meeting in a park with another boy for the purposes of sex, but he made up an excuse so he wouldn't have to go. Reiboldt has submitted her resignation to the school board, it's expected to be officially approved later this month.

If convicted on the three standing charges, she could face up to five years in prison. Benton County officials say there's one allegation they are looking closely at for the purpose of filing additional charges, but nothing else was elaborated on.
