Former Pasco Councilman Found Not Guilty on Molestation Charges
A former Pasco City Councilman has been found not guilty of allegations he inappropriately touched and molested a girl who was a friend of one of his daughters.
The issue began back in 2017, when Chi Flores was arrested and charged in connection with alleged incidents last spring. Click here for the backround on the story.
Yaktrinews.com reports the trial ended Monday, January 22, and a not guilty verdict was returned in Franklin County Superior Court. No other additional details were released at the time of the verdict. Flores was the newest member of the Pasco City Council, having been elected in November 2016.
