Governor Jay Inslee, and Attorney General Bob Ferguson laid out new enforcement 'tools' for the COVID-19 enforcement for non-essential businesses and groups etc.

Monday, Inslee and Ferguson laid out new enforcement steps for businesses, groups, gatherings and other entities who are deemed as not essential, but continue to operate or maintain previous actions.  These could ultimately result in legal action against them, possibly losing business license and more. These would be worst case scenarios. They also laid out a website-email where citizens can go to 'report' a business or group or other entity whom they believe is violating the Stay Home policies.

However, Inslee and Ferguson said such decisions will be up to local law enforcement.

Any such actions from the 'state' would have to be referred by a local entity first.
