Green Bay Packers Rout Minnesota Vikings, 42-10
Eddie Lacy ran for 105 yards and two touchdowns, and the Green Bay Packers embarrassed the Minnesota Vikings, 42-10, at rainy Lambeau Field in Wisconsin on Thursday night. Aaron Rodgers passed for 156 yards and three touchdowns for Green Bay (3-2).
The Packers dominated play, building a 28-0 halftime lead which included a 49-yard interception return for a touchdown by Julius Peppers. Minnesota (2-3) was ineffective behind reserve quarterback Christian Ponder, who was making his first start of the season in place of injured rookie Teddy Bridgewater.
Ponder finished with 222 passing yards and two interceptions for the Vikings.
