Have You Seen Jazmine? She’s Been Missing Since December 28th [PHOTO]

Yakima Police are asking for help in locating a 14-Year old teen who hasn't been home since December 28th, 2019.

Jazmine Swartout. Jazmine is approximately 5'05" tall and weighs 115lbs. Jazmine was last seen on 12/28/2019 in Yakima.

Jazmine's guardian is concerned that Jazmine is without important prescription medication.
