Is Fraud Suspect Same Person From Car Prowl Case?

Sometimes like in police work, in the media, you see things and go hmmm...

Richland WA police posted these pictures back around July 29th, seeking a female suspect in an alleged car prowl. Then Pasco and Kennewick a few days later posted similar images about this person committed and alleged fraud of about $2500. The car prowl suspect is the middle image, the fraud images are 1 and 3.  Eerily similar.
