It’s ILLEGAL to Dump Sick Animals After-Hours at Shelter

Pasco Police are looking for a man who was seen on camera dumping a sick kitten at the Tri-Cities Animal Shelter's doorstep. It's illegal to do this, it's a misdemeanor.
