A suspect sought for allegedly threatening to kill another person Thursday evening learned very quickly you cannot outrun a Kennewick patrol car while you're on a bike.

Around 7pm officers were called to the 1900 block of West 2nd about a disturbance, where they found a victim who said the suspect pulled a knife and threatened to kill them.

However, the suspect, identified as Bobby Ward, fled on a bike as police were in the area. But he was no match for the cruiser, he was quickly 'located and taken down' by officers. He's now facing felony charges over threats to kill another person.

As for the bike? Likely in Police impound, unlikely he will ever get it back.
