
KPD To Handle Domestic Disturbance Call Involving BCSO Worker
The Kennewick Police Department will assume the lead in a Domestic Disturbance Incident involving a woman who works for the Benton County Sheriff's Office.
Officers called to rural home about incident
April 1st. Benton County Deputies and Prosser Police were called to a residence near the intersection of West King Tull Road and North Pioneer Road just northeast of Prosser.
The call indicated there was some sort of Domestic Disturbance involving weapons. When Officers arrived they learned the woman is an employee of the Benton County Sheriff's Office. The investigation led to the arrest of the man involved, identified as Kenneth Troy Couch, who was booked into the Benton County Jail on one count of 2nd Degree Assault and Unlawful Imprisonment.

Because the woman works for the BCSO, the Kennewick Police Department will take over the investigation.
