Lingering Loiterer Sprints Off with Case of Beer From W Richland Store (VIDEO)
West Richland Police are hoping maybe his stylin' shoes might help people ID him.
Sunday night, are 8:21PM, this lingering loiter was captured on video sprinting out of the Smitty's Paradise Convenience store on Bombing Range Road with a case of beer.
West Richland Police say he lingered, loitered, perhaps waiting for the clerk's attention to be distracted. Then he grabbed the case of alcohol and sprinted out.

He was last seen heading towards the Optimum Drive area. WRPD believes he's rather young, but didn't say if they think he's legal. He's rather young looking though.
