Main Irrigation Line Break Leaves Much of Prosser Without Water Til Next Week

The City of Prosser said Friday repairs were unsuccessful on a main irrigation line, and it will now have to be replaced.

The line broke and crews attempted a repair. But due to the age and condition of the line, it will have to have part of it replaced.

The City says the following streets  will be without irrigation til late next week:

• Kinney Way
• Myrtle
• Evans
• Lillian
• Florence
• Margaret
• Alice
• Anna
• Sadie
• Elm
• Fir

The City Public Works department hopes to have more information about the exact return date soon.
