Man Reaches Boiling Point, Say Police, Results In Armed Standoff

Tuesday, evening Pasco police arrested a man who, as it turns out, had been dealt with over the last few days.

Police were called to the area of 17th and Court, about a man called 911 and allegedly made threats.  The man reportedly fired a shot into the air, then barricaded himself inside an apartment around 5pm.

He was finally arrested about an hour later when he tried to run away from the building. According to Pasco police and KNDU-TV, the man had been having some issues the last few days, it's not known if they are mentally related, but it came to a "boiling point."  His identity was not released.
