Man Throwing Rocks at Traffic Sought by Police

Saturday, Kennewick police issued this photo, the suspect in a rock throwing incident near 4th and South Washington Streets.

That afternoon, police say this man allegedly threw a large, probably at least softball sized rock at a passing car, causing damage. Some reports indicate it shattered the windshield.
