Pasco City Councilman Pete Serrano plans to present an Ordinance to the City Council Monday night, January 4, 7PM.

It's Agenda Item 11A, it's basically an Ordinance asking the Council to consider, support and find ways to re-open businesses. Serrano has been a staunch supporter of businesses (not just in Pasco) who are fighting against the latest lockdown which began in mid-November.

Serrano is asking the Council to veer  towards 'resisting' the COVID related business lockdowns, and pursue a variety of methods to get businesses re-opened before many of them in Pasco fail.

Citizens can call this number before 4:30PM Monday, and voice their views, or ask the council to approve the Ordiance. It's 509-545-3404.

Supporters of the Ordinance are also encouraged to gather peacefully in front of the Pasco City Hall, located at 525 N 3rd Ave, starting at 6:45PM.
