Money Appears To Be Reason for Islamic Center Break In

West Richland police are investigating the forced entry into the Tri-Cities Islamic Center over the weekend.

Officials called police to report somebody broke through an office door at the center, which is located on Bombing Range Road. A locked cabinet was also vandalized and damaged, but the target was a locked donation box.

An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen from the box. Anyone with any information is asked to report it to West Richland police at (509)-967-3425. All leads are confidential.
