More specifics have been released about last Friday's fatal crash involving multiple vehicles near George, WA including a school bus carrying farmworkers.

The school bus driver apparently turned into the path of an oncoming pickup truck

Grant County investigators have not said if any charges are pending in the crash. Around 6 AM a school bus carrying 26 farmworkers was headed north on Adams Road about miles east of George when the driver attempted to turn west onto South Frontage Road.

The intersection is just south of Interstate 90. The bus driver, identified as 65-year-old  Martin Tapia Mosqueda of Othello, turned into the path of an oncoming pickup truck driven by  43-year-old Jose Guerrero Rosario of George. The resulting crash knocked the truck into a third vehicle, driven by  36-year-old Christopher K. Wagner of Arlington. Wagner was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection.
