The Spokane Police Department had released this information over the weekend:
"SPD and U.S. Marshals, along with multiple law enforcement agencies are searching for a dangerous homicide suspect who has made known his desire to kill police officers and others
Members of SPD’s SWAT and Special Investigations Unit, U.S. Marshals Service, Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and Safe Streets Task Force, are actively looking for 49 year old Charles Edward Jackson Jr. He is to be considered armed and dangerous."
He'd been wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred in Downtown Spokane on March 7th. A $10K reward had been offered for information leading to his location and apprehension, as Jackson Jr. had posted this brief video threatening law enforcement officers.
Jackson is now in custody.
He was captured Saturday evening, around 6:30 PM, no word if tips helped lead to his apprehension, but his chilling video is posted below. He is now facing a 2nd Degree Murder Charge.
