Around 4am Monday, a minivan carrying 7 people rolled over and crashed East of Burbank, killing an 18-year-old passenger.

Washington State Patrol officials say the van was about 18 miles from Burbank on Highway 124, when 35-year-old Esperanza Gonzalez-Torres of Walla Walla was driving when her van left the road and rolled at least once. Victor Aragoza-Valdama, one of the passengers, was possibly thrown from the vehicle, but that has not been confirmed. It's not known if he was wearing a seatbelt.

The Tri-City Herald reports one passenger was taken to Sacred Heart in Spokane, one person was uninjured, and Torres and two others were taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

While the crash is still under investigation, the State Patrol says charges are pending, but didn't say what they are.
