Okay, Who’s Missing a 1984 Hanford High Diploma?

About a year ago, a fella from Yakima traveled to the Tri-Cities area and bought a black 1979 Chevy Caprice Classic from someone in Burbank. There was no trunk key but the man bought the car anyway as a fix project. It wasn't his every day car, so it was parked most of the time and he worked on it when he could. Well, it finally came time to get into the trunk so he had a key made for it. Somehow, a diploma from Hanford High that is 3 1/2 decades old made it's way into that trunk and who knows how long it's been there! The name on the diploma is Richard Owen Snyder but the new owner of the car can't track him down. He's tried various people searches on the internet. Do you know Richard?
