Othello Shooting Suspects Caught, Victim Dies From Injuries

Adams County Deputies say the primary suspect is in custody in relation to a fatal shooting. His younger brother was also apprehended.

Last Sunday evening, Adams County Deputies and Othello Police responded to a report of a man having been shot near the Edson Tracks area on Charla Road on the east side of town.

New information has been released now, Arturo Pineda-Feliciano, 16, and his younger 14-year-old brother Gustavo Pineda- Feliciano have been arrested. Arturo is the main suspect, ACSO says both are known ESL gang members.

ACSO did not specifically say what role, if any, the younger brother played in the shooting.

Around 6:26 PM a man was found shot at the Charla road location, and now deputies say the victim, 50-year-old, Felipe G. Garza of Othello died in Spokane from his injuries.  That information was released Thursday morning, it is not known if Garza died Wed or Thursday.

Now Arturo Feliciano has formally been charged as an adult and will face several felony charges. What they are was not yet released by the ACSO.
