‘Parking Rage’ Leads to Richland Gun Arrest
You've heard of road rage? Parking rage led to a potentially dangerous situation in Richland Tuesday.
Police report shortly after 11am, officers were called to the parking lot at 800 Swift Blvd. , the Corrado Medical Building, over a dispute between two motorists.
One of the drivers had apparently displayed a gun, and was making derogatory statements towards the other driver. The threatening motorist then left in a black pickup.
Police later found the truck at the intersection of Delafield and Fitch Streets. The driver was identified as 56-year-old Jefferey A. Hack of Richland.
He was arrested on charges of unlawful display of a firearm. Police said the dispute occurred over what they said was "poor parking." Wow!
