Pasco police have captured a man who's accused of swallowing meth, beating and cutting his girlfriend with a knife, and then stealing her car.

The incident began around 6:10am Thursday morning when 31-year-old Talon Dean Wicks allegedly assaulted the woman in a home in the 900 block of West Court Street. It is believed the woman called 911. Upon arrival police found she had non-life threatening injuries including a knife cut to her arm.
