Pasco Man Arrested on Multiple Child Sex Crime Charges

A 43-year-old man who is said to be related to a pair of victims is in the Franklin County jail on several charges.

Sergio Temo Osorio was arrested by officers after a 13-year-old victim came forward and reported the suspect molested her sometime this year.

Another victim, who is also said to be a relative of Osorio, followed up with a claim that 12 years ago, when she was 16, he raped her.

The suspect is facing assault with sexual motivation, child rape and child molestation charges.  He's in the jail on suspicion of these counts. Police didn't say how long ago the crimes against the 13-year-old occurred, presumably because it's still an active investigation.

Sources say however, the investigation began in August, after the allegations came to light.
