What would it have been like to win a new 2018 Toyota Rav 4 or $25,000?

Mary Bliss of Tri-Cities had to make that choice after winning the first ever car raffle for Pet OverPopulation Prevention.

Mary had to make the choice between $25,000 cash or the new Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Tri-Cities and guess what she picked? You can check out the video below to find out

Mary picked the new car!!

Mary said she bought one ticket at the POPP Fur Ball annual fundraiser and it looks like it paid off.

The raffle was a first for the Pet OverPopulation Prevention as the non-profit is trying to build a new facility for it's programs that include cat and dog adoptions and it's primary mission - the spade and neutering of animals at a low cost for the Tri-Cities.
