Pilferer in Poncho Wanted for ‘Theft of Services’ (Dine and Dash)

Kennewick police are seeking to ID this suspect, who's wanted for what's called Theft of Services.

In layman's terms, when it comes to a restaurant, it's a Dine and Dash. This suspect allegedly did this on Super Bowl Sunday at Casa Mia on Kennewick Ave.

Police didn't specify what time this occurred, but we did notice the guy dressed the part, appears to be wearing a poncho. or maybe just a coat draped over his shoulders.

Either way, despite his 'dazed' facial expression, he allegedly did the Dine and Dash. Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
