Police Say This Guy Wanted for Theft–What a Picture!

Richland police are trying to identify this man, as he allegedly committed theft at the Richland Rite-Aid Thursday afternoon.

Police say around 3pm, they got a call about a potential thief-shoplifter. Anyone who knows this person is asked to call (509)-628-0333.

Judging from some comments on social media, this guy might have a trail of 'activities.' One poster on the RPD Facebook page said this (name removed for privacy).
