They didn't get anything, but the store owner knows they were 'testing' the alarm system for a future attempt.

Moses Lake police and Grant County Sheriff's are seeking the identity of two men who tried to break in to the Green Seed state pot store early Tuesday morning.

Police didn't specifically say what time the thieves attempted entry, only saying it was early Tuesday morning. They reportedly tried to break in, but the alarm went off, and police arrived with an astounding 45 seconds!

The two men were seen leaving the area, the store owner noticed on surveillance video they were obviously prepared as they were wearing hoodies and gloves. According to the Columbia Basin Herald, store owner Amy Delluge believes they were 'testing' the store security, and even if they didn't get in, she thinks they will try to find another way inside.

Authorities say this has been a growing problem across the state since the legalization of marijuana and the opening of state pot stores. State laws require certain security elements to be in place in the stores, but many owners have added additional alarms and measures to ward off intruders - especially at stores that have already been broken into.
