What do business leaders, voters, think of Gov. Inslee's climate change policies?  We will find out Wednesday.  The Washington state arm of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) will let us know what small business owners, leaders and other think of the governor's plans to implement a carbon tax,  higher fuel prices and more.

Judging from a scathing report from October about what Inslee's carbon tax would do to Washington state's economy,  the poll results are likely not to be good for the first-term leader.

The NFIB released a report in October showing a carbon tax - basically a pollution tax - would, if fully implemented, kill at least 11,000 jobs across a variety of sectors in our state.

The NFIB commissioned the study, and talked to numerous small business owners and people who are likely to actively vote in elections, and asked them variety of questions about Inslee's plans to implement some sort of carbon tax system.   Inslee also wants to implement a low-carbon fuel standard, which even his own economists have said could raise fuel prices as much as $1.00 per gallon.

According to Patrick Connor, Washington State Director for the NFIB, the findings will be released after 11am Wednesday.

We will provide information from what these business leaders and voters think of Inslee's plans, as he pursues his goal to become the 'greenest governor' in U.S. history.
