Reckless Hit And Run Driver Tears Up Car at Kadlec Garage

Richland police say the hit and run took place Tuesday evening around 8pm, in the parking garage at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

Photos taken from security footage show the silver Dodge Ram truck as it scraped across the front of the black car, tearing off the grill, the nose and looks like part of the fender or quarter panel. The damage is said to be extensive.
